Why the need to fuzz out the registration of the cop car ?
Baffled me the other week when there was or wasn't a spat between Mario Balotelli and Mancini - for the first 24 hours when they showed Balotteli driving away from the training ground, his number plate was fuzzed over, like there are hundreds of Bentleys with a naff camouflage colour scheme.......
