The rational solution is to make a couple of other roads from the house to a couple of nearby destinations - if they don't already exist they probably will soon, and there's no harm in putting access and drainage in first as many places I've been in bleak developing areas of this country would attest - and turn the house into a roundabout. Pedestrian subway for access if there seems to be much traffic (not yet it seems).

Have people forgotten the meaning of the word 'organic'?

Looks like the Chinese government didn't like all the suggested uses and just knocked it down.
