DT article on new Ford B-Max

The B-max probably has it's place but surely to meet the Koreans in the European market it up to Ford to take action
1) More realistic list Prices - HIGH LIST cost higher BIK for Co Car drivers and put off the Private Punter. B-Max is £12-£18,000!
2) Get rid of 1 x year warranty+ 2 year Ins / Dealer Warranty and replace with at least a full 3 yr - better say 3+2 5 year warranty
3) Simplify the range - too many car types - lots of models/engines/specials........it must be a nightmare to keep track of/make and cost a fortune

Hah - we had exactly the same some years ago. Ford don't have model years like most manufacturers, they have model quarters. So there a 2012.25, 2012.5 etc car.
The salesman told us that they didn't know what they were getting until it arrived. So we bought a Honda Jazz.
