On numerous occasions on regular journeys I find after failures on signals the phasing is messed up when the signals are put back on.
Or you get stuck in congestion because the phase is too short or causes gridlocking at certain junctions.
I have on numerous occasions e-mailed the departments responsible and have actually had problems sorted out. If you are driven mad by poorly phased systems, the more people that complain/highlight the problem, the quicker the systems can be sorted out. Don't rely on highways agency, the more we shout the more gets done.
