There was dogging going on at the Business Park where we had one of our Offices - don't underestimate how scary this was for staff finishing late at offices there - Police weren't that interested although the PCSO based there did try to do something - it was actually affecting business there as the place took on a seedy reputation, only the threat of a mass rent strike moved the Landlords (Government agency) to sort it.
