My Samsonite Classic Attache Case (brown, strong magnesium frame; model produced from 1972 to about 1978) has come to light after years of storage. It is locked but the key has been lost. The key has an unusual near-rectangular top. There is one on Bay for £7.02 but its shaft looks very short from the one I recall.
It is very heavy and I can't remember what it contains. A locksmith asked £80 to pick the locks! Can any poster suggest how to get access? I have tried levering open but failed. I don't mind wrecking the two locks in the process.
