If it isn't on a tile, "Microsoft Store" will be on the Start Menu.
Can't guarantee it will work if you have/have had an account and have borked it, but it's worth a try (I suspect it won't but it is easy to try).

It appears that you can get that (or a similar) message if the version of Win10 is not up to date enough.
