He made a speech (The Alternative Taggart Lecture) at the Edinburgh Festival. As might be expected it was on an arts/media theme and he took opportunity to float some policy ideas.
I don't think his point on class is about socio-economic groups so much as a dig at the real or perceived Public School/Oxbridge establishment's representation in the Corporation's upper echelons.
