I had a meal at the Old House at Home on Sunday. I was very impressed with it, I had a chicken burger and it was exactly that. Usualy in pubs these days they come on square plates, some chips which have not been peeled.
A lot of the pubs in Cheshire (I mean the proper Cheshire - not Stockport) used to annoy me about that. They would put on their memus that all the meals are made out of local produce made locally, why then is it 300% more expensive than the same meal made from Produce in Poland?
