Haven't heard of that particular surgical bum fetish, but I did read a report from a journal a year or so back from the UK as a treatment for persistent C.Difficile infections....
Step One: Take a decent chunk of healthy person's poop
Step Two: Mash it up with water
Step Three: centrifuge it so the chunks go to the bottom of the 'milkshake'
Step Four: Skim off the liquid on top.
Step Five: Give the liquid to your patient (via NG tube rather than drinking it)
Step Six: Get struck off for being a weirdo.
