Evening.....I am new to this site but need some help with my Citreon C4. About 2 weeks ago i lost power into my gearbox, i was getting revs from the accelerator but it wasn't relaying info to the gearbox hence no power/movement. I have had it checked with Citreon and they say i need a whole new gearbox...The problem i have had with this is that only last May 2012 i had a service warning light come on and payed out £500 pounds to fix this, they are saying it isn't the same problem but if it was correctly fixed (oil levels etc) last year should this have happened!! With the car only being 6/7 years old and 60k miles i believe this shouldn't have happened unless a fault in the gearbox. Can i claim against Citreon UK??
Any help you can give me would be greatly appriciated as i am at the mercy of Citreon...
