After some kind soul smashed our Corsa C driver's door mirror I need to replace the glass. As it's a manual internal adjuster (no heating) the plastic backing plate for the glass has a large ball and socket as the centre pivot and there are smaller balls on the two cable adjusters that fit into sockets on the backing plate. If anyone has replaced one of these do you just pop the centre larger ball socket back in and the two cable adjuster ball sockets pop in at the same time or are you supposed to locate the balls on the end of each cable adjusters in their sockets first, perhaps with long nosed pliers? Thanks.
