I was clearing the loft today when I came across an Aston Martin 007 DB5 box (you've all seen the one with the ejecting man). Unfortunately the contents were some small snooker table balls and a few marbles...Bah !
After checking my Hornby 00 scale was intact and moving some of the rolling stock into the correct boxes, I tackled Flight Deck, unravelled the plane to discover one of the wheels in missing, undercarriage snapped off. Just makes for a more exciting landing.
I'd saved my best to last, Steer'n Go- Opened the box and it's all still in there though will have to wait to get some R2 batteries to power it. Hiding in the corner of the box...the DB5 to go in the box above. Not mint (I was about 8 when I bought and played with it) but I'm a happy chappie. DB5 will be taking pride of place next to my F40 model with remote alarm. Both in their original boxes.
