My yahoo mail spam folder's filling up with junk from this sender telling me Your video has been approved and Your video on the TOP of YouTube.

I clicked 'report spam', forgetting they're already there and a new tab opened drugstoreawakening.com triggering an AVG alert: exploit pharmacy spam site (type 1704).

I've blocked the address, but I'm curious. Can anyone elucidate?
