 Replacing a laptop screen - legacylad
Whilst looking after my mothers small terrier it jumped down onto my closed laptop...now about 4sq inches of top lh screen are plain black.
Where should I start looking to get the price of a repair please.

Often there are "for spares" machines on eBay - sold a couple myself. On those, the screens were OK.

I wouldn't even know how to start replacing the screen though.
