I keep a check on my daily broadband usage (10 Meg/month limit).
I've been getting this AVG security message for the past couple of days:
This Connection is Untrusted
www2.bt.com uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate has expired.
(Error code: sec_error_expired_issuer_certificate)
I've contacted BT, but haven't had a reply.
Anyone else noticed it?

Just logged in from Windows 7 and MacOS X 10.7 without problems. If I enter www2.bt.com it redirects to www.bt.com.
The certificate issued to BT from Verisign Class 3 International is valid from 14/06/2011 to 14/07/2012.

It's an avg issue, contact them not BT
or put an exception for BT into avg, it's not as tho you don't trust BT is it!
Or better, replace avg with a better suite

Thanks for the info.
>>it's not as tho you don't trust BT is it!
I worked for them for nearly forty years, need I say more? ;>)
>>replace avg with a better suite
