 Document hosting - Mapmaker
A PDF that needs to be hosted to allow multiple downloads. Possibly thousands (or possibly not, impossible to know at this stage). Ideally free.

Anybody have a suggestion?

Google Docs works with PDF docs, not sure if Skydrive does.
