Just a small point but a bit annoying.
Because I am the account payer the emails sent from from our account always start with a small header which says
"P W........ (my name) writes"
followed by the message.
SWMBO also uses this email and when she sends an email, it begins with the same. She finds it annoying that all emails appear to come from me (especially when she is writing to her friends!)
I can't find a way of deleting this header or changing it so that when she writes an email it doesn't look like I wrote it!!
Any suggestions?

get her another ie her own web based email account. yahoo, hotmail or Googlemail.
Failing that BT yahoo allows you several email addresses in addition to the account holder.
you would be mrPW@btyahoo, add one - Mrspw@btyahoo.

Thanks Z - just seems rather a fuss when we would be content with a lack of header. Why do they have to do these thinks? Why not leave it to us if we want a header or not?

I would also suggest a separate email address. If you're happy then that's fine. So to help, what email program are you using?
