 avi convertor - Focusless
Can anyone recommend a free utility (Windows) for converting AVI video taken with my digital camera into something smaller eg. DivX, mpg4 or something else?

I did try downloading something I found with google but that turned the images upside down, so I'm really looking for recommendations based on experience rather than 'X looks good'.

I use the AVI to MP4 converter for use on the Iphone from these people.

I thought it would because an AVI file is a container for the actual video and audio. Also available on Linux ;-)

I use it on the Mac.

Just do a Handbrake turn.
