I have just signed up to Spotify premium as I am getting too lazy to put my CDs or vinyl into my HIFI equipment and as the desktop bit rate is 320kbps it sounds pretty good (M Audio audiophile sound card, Cambridge 640A amp, Grado SR60i headphones, Wharfdale 9.1 speakers).
My mobile phone is a lot poorer (a Nokia N97 Mini and Senhesier PX100 headphones) but even on my phone lower bit rates still sound a lot worse than higher ones. I haven't installed Spotify on my phone yet but can anybody tell me what the offline bit rates are on a mobile? 192kbps should be fine.

Ok listening to it it clearly is not 320kbps like it is on the desktop and it sounds a tad lifeless but thankfully the Senny's good half decent bass and lively treble make up for that.
Just had a major problem trying to get Spotify Mobile to connect to wireless network but my laptop was switched on while I was watching a program wirelessly and I also had a cordless phone in my room so that is probably why.
