 Update fail - Robin O'Reliant
Since 27/10/10 my Windows 7 PC has attempted to install the update below everytime I shut down, without success.

1/ As I run Chrome, does it matter?

2/ Could it be running Chrome that is causing the problem?

3/ What can I do about it?

Security Update for .NET Framework 4 on Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2 for x64-based Systems (KB2160841)
