 wmv Files Freeze my PC - Duncan
When I try to open wmv files in an email, I get a small window about two inches square appear on the screen, when I try to open this, the system seems to freeze. The only way I can get out of it is to turn the system off and then restart.

I am running Windows 7; Internet explorer or Google Chrome.

Any ideas please?
