Macro's have been disabled?????? -

I'm trying to download a spreadsheet, but get the message above. It tells me to select 'tools', 'macros', 'security'.
I don't have a macros option under tools.
I think my age has exceeded my ancient computer skills.
Help anyone?

What version of Office are you using? I presume it's Excel?
Does this message appear on the download or when you try to open the s'sheet?

You need "The Trust Center". Click on the circle top left, select Excel options, Trust center and then Trust Center Settings.
