Re my post about my mother in law getting ripped off...

She doesn't have the broadband or any other internet service at home.

Are there any recommendations for a doorbell that saves footage and doesn't need a vampire type subscription to see / save footage on line please?

Does your Mother-in-Law have a very near "friendly neighbour" with Broadband?

Connect the doorbell to the neighbour's Broadband.

I have Blink doorbell & external cameras - cheap and work well. Internal camera say in the lounge, can be invaluable way of keeping in touch without needing the MiL to get involved in any technology.

Blink camera. Saves clips to a usb stick in the synch module. Synch module communicates with an app on your phone. No subscription required, it will of course need an internet connection.
