I keep getting this message when sending a new email. It will usually go, eventually.

Do you think I'm being punished for having an adblocker and not subscribing to the premium email service?

It hasn't happened to me in ages, but it still occurs from time to time. I never tracked it down to anything specifically though I did think it might be a flaky internet connection at times.

About all I can say is that it seems to happen at times when I'm sending loads of emails.

I run with Ghostery and AdBlocker, I don't think it's that.
