 Favourites in Edge - Ambo

Can any user of Microsoft Edge please explain how to add Favourites to the tool bar across the top of the screen, Internet Explorer fashion? At present, access to the “bar” is more complicated, via the “comet” icon (third from left, top right of the screen) then clicking on Favourites.

I'm not an Edge user but had a quick look - don't you just click the star on the right of the where you type the URL?

(or hit CTRL-D)

If you right click the favourites star you can customise the toolbar.
