 Printer Problem - maltrap
My HP 2620 will copy in colour but not print in colour. Both cartridges are HP and fairly new.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks in anticipation.

You've not inadvertently set greyscale (or black and white) in printer properties have you?

As it can clearly print in colour if you use the copy function its the above in the printer driver settings.

If i have inadvertently set the grey scale can someone explain how to set it to colour printing.
