Recording from BBC Sounds (Mac Books) - R.P.

Need to record a programme from BBC sounds, ideally with an application rather than a wired connection.

Any suggestions.

Yep, I needed to record a radio prog last year and used audacity, very easily and successfully. I think it was recommended here.
