Not mine unfortunately, but Intel (with Micron) have announced 'the first new memory category since the introduction of NAND flash in 1989'. And:

3D XPoint is a breathtaking semiconductor feat that delivers up to 1,000 times the speed of NAND (plus up to 1,000 times the endurance), and 10 times the density of DRAM at nearly the same performance.
