My android phone is synched to my works exchange server so email, contacts, calendar all come from it. If I delete the account they all disappear from the phone. This can also be done remotely as part of our inhouse security procedures.

This works totally fine for me for everyday work.

However I have just noticed that Microsoft have an android app called Outlook preview that claims to take this to a new level, prioritising emails, swipe to delete etc etc.

Is anyone on here using this? Does it give anything more than what I already have using the exchange account?

I have never used it, but now you've pointed it out I'll give it a go.

Microsoft recently bought an email application developer and rebranded the app to become Outlook for iOS and Android. Developer taken over in December was Accompli.

Not great.

It seems a bit incomplete in any case. However, I struggled with the calender and got quickly bored with trying. I'll give it a couple of months and try again.
