 Traffic and News Windows 7 apps - nice but dim
Can anyone recommend any live update news and traffic apps (desktop gadgets) for a Windows 7 desktop please?

Also does the Windows store support Windows 7 like it does 8/8.1?

I think you may be confusing Smartphone and tablet apps for Windows operating system utilities, RSS feeds etc.

If you go on the websites of the BBC, Sky News, ITV etc along with the main daily and local newspapers, you should be able to find an RSS feed on each to keep you updated on news and traffic matters.

I don't use Windows8 or 8.1, but I presume the Windows Store's versions are purely for phones...:-)
