I am very much a computer novice and wondered if the monthly subscription might be worth it for the support. BT are my internet providers. Has anyone used it ? Know of anyone's experience ? keen to hear both good and bad.

How much is the subscription?

A lot of the answers are out there on the net or accessible via books/forums.

Thanks for the two posts. It is £8 per month. Although they can connect remotely to sort out problems hopefully that shouldn't be needed. I did wonder about its worth in practice.
