just bought a new dell inspiron with windows 8 2tb drive..core i3 3.4ghz processor but it has on board intel 2500 graphics chip and it wont run my sons new simcity5 at all as chip not up to it so i need a card around 1-2gb

he loves the game so id like a card for around 75 pounds that will do the job. he doesn't need a top spec card as its the only game he plays.
don't mind new or used from ebay or similar
there are so many im confused by looking too much and conflicting reviews aswell
