I have an Epson Stylus Office BX635FWD printer.
Recently I noticed that the colours were no longer true. I normally ignore the 'low ink' warnings and wait until it has actually run out of ink before I replace the cartridge/s.
I have replaced black, yellow and magenta. The colour prints now have what I believe - after some Googling - is called a 'magenta cast'. The black or grayscale prints have a faint pinkish tone.
Any ideas how I might rectify this please?

Have you done a head alignment?

replace or top up cyan.
the cast you are seeing are the inks you have.

Are these genuine cartridges or compatibles?
Surprised the black isn't black though. What happens if you print and tell it to do greyscale printing?

I have done a head alignment and replaced the cyan cartridge.
I don't know which action was responsible, but the black is black and the colours are correct.
Thank you all.
