 "Feeds" received by email - L'escargot
This morning my Windows Live Mail email received 160 "feeds". As soon as I saw them, without further ado, I deleted them all unread. My question is ............ what did I do to warrant receiving them and what can I do to prevent such an occurrence in the future? I could cope with the 160 I received this morning but I wouldn't want to receive a significantly larger number. Shortly before it happened I'd sent an email to a company I hadn't dealt with before so did this this have any relevance?

What's an RSS feed? In layman's language please! All I know is that they appeared in my "Unread feeds" folder.
