Use either CCleaner's "Startup" option (under "Tools") or Sysinternals' "Autoruns" utility to remove the startup entries.
Edit: Reboot to ensure none of it is in use now it's not autostarting.
Then axe its software directory from Program Files.
Finally run CCleaner's registry cleaning function to remove its, now orphaned, registry entries.
That usually does the trick....
