My PC has somehow acquired Hola Search - it may have been when I was re-installing iTunes or Samsung Kies. It appointed itself as my home page.
I have now managed to reinstate my preferred home page.
My question is how do I get rid of it?
I can't see it in - Control Panel - Programs. So where is it?

ISTR having this on one of our home PCs. It's a virus or trojan that hi-jacks your browser page. If you have anti virus a scan may clear it.

Is it any relation to Hola Unblocker, which is a Chrome plug-in?

Downloading a copy of "Spybot Search and Destroy" and running that should nuke it for you.
It'll probably hose a few other things while it's at it too.

Thanks TC.
Funnily enough, that's exactly what I did yesterday. It found a few things. I have reinstated my preferred home page.
I will refrain from lifting up any stones to see if it is still lurking underneath.
