 Intrusive Spotify - Ambo
I use Spotify free version, formerly opening its home page via a desktop icon.

As of a week or so, I now get that page every time I switch on the computer. It is easily removed but how can I ensure I don't get it in the first place, please?

It takes weeks or months to get access to the free vesion and I don't want to risk starting from scratch by uninstalling the service and re-applying.

Edit/Preferences - scroll down, tick "don't open automatically"


Dont know where you get the weeks or months to get access. I signed up recently and it took 3 minutes.

A few years back Spotify used to limit the number of "free" users. As you say its now freely available on demand.
