MS Word - Organisational Chart - BobbyG

I am trying to use the organisational chart to do a work flow.
However, I cannot see how I can reduce the size of the boxes on the chart. Even if I click on them and I get the shape outline up, it doesn't allow me to drag corners in to reduce.

If I try Format / Autoshape / Size, the boxes are all sheded out and I can't change them.

Any ideas?

Alas I dont use MS office any more. So I cant whip on it to find out. H vae you tried downloading a template for workflow from the web? Do you have Visio? Visio is better for worklfow diagrams.

Bobby, it seems to have gone from Office 2007 and Help suggests using a Smart Art Graphic. Whatever one of them is. Or Visio.

Cheers anyway, don't have Visio or even know what it is!
One of the admin staff have a template on her computer which she is tweaking to accomodate the layout I want.
