Its a bit "US over-safe", but basically the guy offers seriously good, simple and easy to follow advice for the real world of looking after your computer (or surviving with it). Leo himself seems pretty "real world" if you see what I mean.
He has a weekly newsletter which I recommend. Perhaps most of the articles won't interest you, but I am frequently surprised by what I do pick up out of the blue.
I certainly think that people who are a little bit computer aware, enough to either be ambitious or worried, would enjoy the site.
Its free.
However it is a site that relies on advertising so you'd be nice if you let it display them.
