I have Windows 7 Home Premium and Outlook 2007. How can I send the same message to several addresees simultaneously, e.g. an Xmas message? I would prefer to do this from my existing Contacts by Send to... a new file, rather than type them all in again.

Of course if its just a few addresses you can simply do the following;
Start a new mail
Click on "To..."
When your address book comes up hold the control button down on the keyboard and click on every address that you want to send to - they should each highlight and stay highlighted (highlit?)
Then click on "To->.." and they should get added in one go.

Ideally you should click Bcc. (blind carbon copy)
That way you won't share email addresses with everyone else on the list.

If you've got word as well then you can mail merge emails from data held in an Excel or Word table. This allows messages to be sent as single emails avoiding the issue of disclosing other recipients and for them to be tailored with a salutation etc.

You can of course just .bcc from your mail client, no-one sees the list.

Thanks for all of this and I have made it work as a result.
