I use IE. My own sent emails appear in the Sent Items box. Emails sent direct from websites do not appear there. Is there any way I can keep them on record on my computer please?

Presumably, the age old pest of a site using a form, and hiding the form action tag in a script in the cgi-bin.
If it matters, write it in word. Gives you a better chance to polish and get rid of spelling errors and then, when submitted, save the word document with an appropriate name. My doctor's web site uses forms, and I always keep a record copy of notes sent to him.
