 Question Time ? - wotspur
Thursday night and Question Time is one of my favourite programmes - because it goes Nationwide the views on the same subjects is so diverse.

Last week they were in Wales and one panelist, a Labour MP two incredible repsonses to questions asked.
1 Should smoking be banned in cars ?
response, included "when I helped move my parents, I noticed the amount of yellow staining from a life time of smoking - and felt, if thatsmine and my parents lungs it would be awful.

2 What is the opinion of the panel on wind turbines spoiling the land scape.

response, included " the cost of heating especailly for older people and those on fixed income is crippling, after a trip abroad, I returned to find my mum had not been had her heating on for 6 weeks, and he found that disturbing "

Typical politician not able to see a correlation and a way of solving one problem by changing a life stlye - lets just throw more money at it.

No wonder the coutry is in such a state

I have no respect for politicians and I do love an interview, more usually on radio, where the presenter gets "tore into" the politician.

There was one on Radio Scotland this morning, Danny Alexander was on with a specific reason but every time the presenter asked him another question, or queried the validity of his response, he just squirmed and squirmed and got vaguer and vaguer with his response.
