Not even that Zero - all six councils are broke. Conwy have just pooh-poohed a plan to share Chief Executives with a neighbouring council. That's another quarter million quid down the drain.

Trams in Conway? Bit of a nonsense. Few years since I drove through Conway but there is no way a tramway system could be introduced unless they knocked down half of the town.

Robbie, they're referring to Conwy County (a daft name invented in 1994) - Llandudno is the town in question - has a long history of hosting trams, has nice wide, straight roads. Agree that Conwy town is a non-starter.

I'd never heard of Conwy County.

Hope they put "proper trams" in, rather than Edinburgh rejects. Something like the Isle of Man.
