Yeah I had a friend who was a cameraman at LWT, he showed us the video years ago.

Great fan of Rainbow, had the theme as a ring tone for a few years.,

Sadly forgotten now, I think my generation where the last to be bought up with Rainbow. I always liked it, but I found Sooty a tad more grown up, Sooty would have story lines about Matthew being investigated by Inland Revenue and that sort of thing.

I always find it rather sad that Geoffrey ended up pushing supermarket trolleys for a living but he said he enjoyed it :). A real down to earth fellow.

I best most 18 years old won't know what Rainbow was.
