I haven't been following the news very closely for a few weeks, but I haven't heard any big stories.

Has anything changed with the balance of power on the ground?

Appears to be a lot of bombing in Tripoli, concentrated on what I assume is Gadaffi's compound.......

.......not that NATO are doing it deliberately of course because that would be outside the guidelines laid down and we cant have people breaking the rules can we ?

There was a very good report on PM tonight. Reporting from Benghazi - humbling in a sort of way (bearing in mind all this celebrity nonsense in the UK) - well worth a visit to iPlayer.

A slow war of attrition is my guess, with NATO gradually wiping out loyalist armour and heavy weapons. It would not surprise me if at some stage parts of the loyalist army mutineed. Then again it could drag on for ages.
