Stories about the amount of money sloshing around in expenses in the European parliament pop up regularly.

These guys seem to be claiming literally thousands a week.

Reason enough in itself to get out of the EC.

Jealousy has nothing to do with it.

My wish to see my taxes used reasonably responsibly has everything to do with it.

You are absolutely thoroughly convinced EU membership is a good thing.

I am just as absolutely thoroughly convinced we should leave.

I think we might agree on one thing - that we will never agree on this topic.

Not necessarily.

The odd thing is, I used to take your position. I even believed that the single European currency was likely to be the root of an armed conflict in Europe. I voted UKIP accordingly.

I have been convinced otherwise in recent years.

I like to think we are both open minded individuals and not dogmatic slaves to their own rhetoric.

I see, from the lunchtime news, that over £100K was spent on office refurbishment.

An obscene amount of money for that sort of thing, IMO.
These people are just taking the ssip. Why isn#t he doing a spot of bird, like Chaytor ?
