I have met him too. He is a nasty arrogant cocky self centred person who thinks he is above the law, and thinks he is persecuted.

Sounds "fishy"! - phone rings, Quick "friend" "get out, i`m driving", not "quick get me home"!
and also "threw caution to the wind" does this mean he took chances, i.e speeding, D.D, drove in an aggressive manner his friend perhaps wouldn`t have, etc?

Hamed was locked up for 15 months for causing a crash and serious injuries to a couple.

That experience would make most people very cautious as to all aspects of their motoring.

I wonder if Hamed will ever fully learn.
