Its a dog. An average well cared for dog.

Above all its a happy keen dog, and thats all down to some wonderful training and handling by the owner. This is a classic example of cognitive training using positive reinforcement via the clicker method.

Or cheese, or bits of hot dog.

That is exactly what the training involves. You find out what motivates the dog (its not always food) and then you reward heavily for the kinds of behavior you want.
