Great White Silence - Crankcase

I wouldn't normally do this, because after all you never really know on an internet forum what people's actual tastes are, but I think it's a fair bet that at least some readers here will be interested in this programme, and of those at least some might not have realised it was on.

It's a restored archive film about Scott and all that Antarctic shenanigans. Looks to be interesting I think, but maybe that's just me.

It might be, but Discovery is promoting the programme as a 'UK premiere one-off'.

It's a British Film Institute film, so it looks like Discovery has the rights to broadcast it only once.
